Drawing the smile on the faces of “Jumana” school students.
The smile and happiness appeared on the faces of the children of “Jumana Bint Abi Talib” primary school in District 12 (Kuwaiti School 2), when they painted the characters that the children love, such as: Tweety, Mickey Mouse, SpongeBob and The Smurfs. Also, they colored the letters and numbers that were written in Arabic on the walls of their school by acrylic colors.
These cartoon characters were painted by the Syrian artist Imad Al-Miqdad who visited the school in order to see happiness on the faces of the refugee children from his people. Al-Meqdad said to “The Road” that the goal of this activity is to bring smiles on the refugee children’s faces.
